At BARZELL GYM, we take pride in providing our members with world-class training facilities, expert staff, and a premium fitness experience. To ensure we maintain the highest standards and consistency in our operations, the following No Refund Policy applies to all memberships and related services.

1. Finality of Purchase

All membership purchases at BARZELL GYM are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all types of memberships — including, but not limited to, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual plans — as well as any add-on services or packages offered by the gym.

2. Scope of Application

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • A member choosing to discontinue or pause attendance voluntarily.
  • Failure to use the gym facilities or services during the membership period.
  • Changes in personal circumstances, relocation, health conditions, or preferences.
  • Dissatisfaction with services where the facilities and amenities are operational and available as described.

3. Purpose of This Policy

Membership fees contribute directly to the allocation of resourcesstaffing, and facility maintenance required to deliver a consistent, high-quality fitness environment for all members. Because these resources are planned and committed in advance based on active memberships, refunding membership fees would compromise our ability to uphold the standards that define the BARZELL experience.

4. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By enrolling as a member, each individual acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this No Refund Policy. Completing a membership purchase—whether online, at the club, or through any authorized representative—constitutes full acceptance of this policy.

5. Exceptions

BARZELL GYM reserves the right to consider exceptions only in the rare event of a proven administrative or billing error on our part. Any such exceptions will be handled solely at the discretion of the management.
